PRIVACY POLICY:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.


SECURITY POLICY:

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

PROCESSING:

Our current domestic order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandising. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed through to the warehouse very quickly, so it is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes to the order once it has been placed.

SHIPMENT LEAD TIMES:

Please note that orders placed after 3:00PM Pacific Time will ship the following business day. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain Holidays. In Many cases your order will ship the same day as ordered however, this service is not guaranteed.  Some products are build-to-order.  If this is the case, lead times are indicated in the item description at the part level.  Should you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Orders with express shipping selected (2-day or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2-Day" and "Next Day indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We currently ship to the following Countries: United States 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO boxes, APOs, and FPOs, but signature verification is required. 

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES:

If your UPS/Fedex or USPS package is returned to back to the warehouse, you will be credited back for the order item total not including shipping. We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on www.pjsrc.com.

DELIVERY:

We understand that you may have not received the package personally, but any delivery made under normal circumstances to the shipping address provided by the customer, a member of said household, mailbox, PO Box, or postal container will be considered fulfilled. We cannot be responsible for the package once it reaches its destination. We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by contacting us by phone or email.

ANY SHIPMENT LISTED BY THE SHIPPING AGENT AS DELIVERED WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE:

All trackable packages that are listed as delivered, and with suitable tracking information entered into their tracking systems, will be considered delivered and our obligations will be considered fulfilled. We understand that you may have not received the package personally, but any delivery made under normal circumstances to the shipping address provided by the customer, a member of said household, mailbox, PO Box, or postal container will be considered fulfilled. We cannot be responsible for the package once it reaches its destination.

Return & Exchange Warranty Disclaimers:
PJ’s RC takes great pride in manufacturing and/or selling products from the highest quality goods and from the most reputable manufacturers.  Should you have any issues with your product please read the following and proceed:

    • You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund at your expense. Non-defective items will be charged a 20-50% re-stocking fee.  We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Please contact us prior to initiating a return. 
    • Returns are not accepted after use, opened box or for items that qualify for warranty service honored by the manufacturer
    • All Traxxas warranties are honored by Traxxas Directly at 888-872-9927.  Defective items will be repaired or replaced by Traxxas at their sole discretion
    • Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All warranty information are included with your order.
    • A copy of the order invoice MUST accompany ALL returns and exchanges to be valid for processing.
    • All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
    • Items showing signs of wear or damage will be subject to a 20-50% restocking fee. 
    • Original shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and duties associated with any return or exchange merchandise.
    • Missing components or damages MUST be claimed within 5 business days of package delivery date.
    • All shipping damage claims MUST be filed with PJ’s RC by submitting pictures of the packaging, the product and the product damage within 1 day of the delivery. Contact Us as soon as possible so we may initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
    • Please keep all shipping cartons, packaging material, and components of the order to verify during carrier inspection.
    • Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed not in accordance to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
    • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
